Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and maintain our Quality Control Program across both Dallas and New Jersey facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance/control from a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a preference for experience in the glass industry. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent quality standards, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and continuous training across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of the company’s QA/QC program for both Dallas and NJ facilities.
  • Establish quality standards and ensure compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure product consistency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes, non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and training logs.
  • Work closely with plant managers, production teams, and engineering to resolve quality issues and implement root-cause corrective actions.
  • Lead training programs for staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Track and report on key quality metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with third-party inspectors or certification bodies as required.
  • Ensure consistent communication and alignment between Dallas and NJ quality teams.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; glass industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing or implementing quality control programs.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis), and regulatory compliance practices.
  • Proficient with quality data tracking systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.


Salary: $80,000-90,000
